Cascade Gardens Residential Estate has been marketed Exclusively by selling Agents LJ Hooker Rockhampton. A total of 139 allotments have been completed and sold over 3 stages.

At present Cascade Gardens Estate stages one two & three are sold out. The developers are working with the relevant authorities for another land release in the near future.

Stage 1 & 2 developed during 2006 these 2 stages were constructed and completed late 2006 and offered a total of 88 residential allotments. All these allotments were sold off the plan during construction and settlements occurred immediately upon title regsitration during December 2006 & January 2007. Construction of the 1st residential home for Cascade Gardens commenced in December 2006 and during construction this home was sold.

The Cascade Gardens Estate quickly had a number of residential homes start construction during January 2007 and within a matter of months Cascade Gardens Estate had it first full time resident in Redddy Drive not long after other residents moved into their newly completed homes. Stage 1 of Cascade Gardens was home to the Master Builders display village.

Stage 3 commenced development during 2008 and was compelted during 2009. Stage 3 renamed Cascade Heights consisted of 51 residential allotments. The allotments in this stage were unique allotments offering fantastic views of Rockhampton also mountain aspects of the Berserker Ranges. Immediately upon release this land created very strong interest from the public and within hours of the land release local buyers started to select their chosen allotment and enter into contracts. Upon registration being issued for the land just over 50% was sold and immediate settlements started to occur. The remainder of the land was marketed during September through to November 2009 and in January 2010 only a small number of allotments remained unsold . At present a number of homes are currently under construction and it is expected that majority of these homes will be built on prior to the end of 2010. During this stage LJ Hooker Rockhampton introduced the selling of house and land packages and worked with selected local builders to provide quality homes for this estate.
